NIGHTTIME ACTIVITIES

The inviting sound of music, laughter and conversation accompanies the setting of the sun on board Seabourn's ships.

Guests gather in the lounges for pre-dinner cocktails and canapés, sharing the day's adventures with each other. For some, this is their favorite part of the evening. Each night offers something new. Enjoy a sophisticated cabaret one night, or a game of Blackjack in the casino the next. You can dance the night away at The Club or enjoy listening to piano music at the Observation Bar.

Some of their signature events take advantage of the beautiful night sky, including Movies Under the StarsSM, and dancing to live music at an Evening Under the StarsSM. And, before retiring, consider a nightcap at the Sky Bar to celebrate everything you've experienced on your fantastic voyage, and all that lies ahead.

Each Seabourn ship offers a choice of dining venues to suit your mood of the moment, and nearly all are open-seating, inviting you to dine where, when and with whom you wish. Choose the sophisticated fine dining ambiance of The Restaurant. Enjoy a more casual indoor/outdoor venue, or savor the view and a perfectly grilled steak under the stars on deck. Restaurant 2 provides innovative, small-plates tasting menus for a delightful change of pace. Complimentary fine wines are poured with lunch and dinner, and there is never an extra charge for any dining choice. You can even enjoy a meal in your suite or on your veranda, with our compliments.

THE RESTAURANT

 

The Restaurant is a beautiful fine dining venue. Its menus feature a wide variety of delectable choices prepared to your order by our talented chefs. The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis, inviting guests to dine when, 
where and with whom they wish.

RESTAURANT 2

 

Restaurant 2 is an intimate alternative dining venue serving innovative small-plates tasting menus for dinners nightly. Reservations are required due to limited capacity, but there is no extra charge. On Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend, 
the indoor/outdoor Veranda Café is transformed into Restaurant 2 in the evenings.

VERANDA CAFÉ

 

During the day, the Veranda Café is a popular option for lavish buffet-style breakfasts and lunches enjoyed either indoors or outside overlooking the wake. Choose from a wide variety of hot and cold dishes plus many favorites prepared
to your order. The Veranda Café is offered aboard Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend.

 

THE COLONNADE

 

The Colonnade is a more casual alternative with indoor/outdoor seating, sumptuous buffets and daily specials for breakfast and lunch. The Colonnade serves regionally-themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest.

SKY GRILL

 

If dining outdoors is a favorite of yours, visit the Sky Grill. There, Seabourn chefs serve up
casual, al fresco fare. The Sky Grill is the perfect place for a delightful lunch as you watch 
the world pass by from the top level of the ship. The grill is also open for occasional dinners 
featuring grilled specialties such as steak and lobster.

PATIO GRILL

 

Aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest, the Patio Grill offers casual poolside dining featuring grilled specialties, salads and sides for lunch and dinner, and freshly baked pizzas throughout the afternoon. The Sky Grill aboard Seabourn Pride,
Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend occupies a terrace overlooking the pool deck below. 
Lunches and dinners are offered at the Sky Grill, serving grilled specialties and simple sides.

IN SUITE DINING

 

Seabourn is pleased to offer a varied menu available around the clock for service in your suite. You may also order dinner from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda.

The sommeliers on board our ships offer guests a Vintage Seabourn pre-purchase option, granting access to a varied selection of premium wines from the ships' well-stocked and diversified cellars, at specially privileged prices.

Silver Connoisseur Collection

Collection will provide a menu of six premium white wines and six premium red wines, including one dessert wine selection, from which guests may select a total of three bottles to enjoy on board. Priced at $225.

Gold Connoisseur Collection

This collection offers the same menu, plus an additional four whites and four reds of higher priced vintages, from which guests may select a total of six bottles. Priced at $450.

Although the menus will routinely change, wines in a Vintage Seabourn Silver selection might include white varieties such as a Condrieu M. Chapoutier Viognier; a Laetitia Pinot Noir in the red category and, for dessert, a Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes. Gold level additions may feature wines such as a Hansel Alexander Valley Pinot Noir, and a Puligny Montrachet, Bourchard 1er Cru.
